Oeuf à la coque


Cold, creamy, nutritious and delicious. Perfect smoothie to drink every morning for breakfast this summer.

Good morning! I love soft boiled eggs in the morning! I will take 2 pls!

My tips for a good egg in a shell, is to have them extra fresh. Remove them from the fridge one hour ahead before boiling them.

Boil water and place them using a spoon in the hot water and count 3 minutes.

Best served with toast bread cut in a shape of a finger, la mouillette in French. Salt and pepper bien sure!
